DreamWorlds Medieval Village - Update ( PART I)

This part of my DreamWorlds Medieval Village and I will be adding this to the content as a part of my big update. With this update, along with improvements to the current things, there will be many new things included to the content, And this is part of those new things.
On this part I heavily relied on the Photoshop and Alchemist, and for minor adjustments Substance Painter and ZBrush was my go to place.
I think I managed to get close to photo scan quality without using scan or substance designer. It really helped me boost my knowledge of material/texturing and learn some new techniques, Hope you like it.

A quick side note, these materials can be boosted with things like puddle paint,color variation and other features the master material has within unreal

Part I - New Materials

This is my styled Frozen Lake Material and this also has different variations which can be achieved with master material futures.
